In association with MOSAIC
Tuesday 8th May, 2012 at 10pm
Venue 95, Latest MusicBar, Manchester St, BRIGHTON BN2 1TF
We've teamed up with Charity Chuckle to give you a night full of belly laughs featuring Chris Rock's favourite new comedian, Hannibal Buress, alongside three Comedy Club regulars. All profits will go to MOSAIC so this is definitely a night worth going out for!
Come and see top US comedian HANNIBAL BURESS in Brighton for the very first time during this special late night show during the Brighton Fringe. A regular on Saturday Night Live, a scriptwriter on hit US TV series 30 Rock, nominated for his first show at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival last year, Buress was recently on TV doing a blinding set at Amnesty's Secret Policeman's Ball in New York.
“Worth getting excited about” The Guardian
“The funniest young comic I've seen in years” Chris Rock
Also comedy’s next big thing, Sri Lankan comedian ROMESH RANGANATHAN, who has been a finalist in pretty much every UK comedy competition. He is currently on tour supporting Brighton’s own Seann Walsh. “Every time I have seen him, he has blown the room away” Adam Bloom

About Charity ChuckleCharity Chuckle is the Brighton’s first, only and best regular comedy fundraiser. It is run on a voluntary basis by Brighton-based stand-up comics, Kerry Herbert and Jim Holland. In the last three years not only have they showcased the best in new stand-up comedy and offered a bit of a jolly to local charities, they have helped to raise desperately needed funds at a time when cuts mean every penny makes a difference. In 2011 alone, Charity Chuckle raised over £3,500, mostly for small local charities.
Profits raised from ticket sales go to a different charity or voluntary organisation each month. Through promoting new comedy, Charity Chuckle is helping to advance the Brighton comedy scene in a proactive and ethical way. We live here, and we care.
