MOSAIC is a community organisation of Black and mixed parentage families and individuals. We create safe, supportive, anti-racist, culturally diverse environments for our members and represent their interests. Membership is open to all those aged 18 and over whose family includes a member who is Black or mixed parentage.

Ethnicity - Because of our membership requirements, we need to know about people's ethnic origins. Please give as much detail as possible about each family member's ancestral origins (rather than nationality). Remember, the MOSAIC definition of Black and mixed parentage people includes those whose ancestral origins are African, Asian, Caribbean, Chinese, Middle Eastern, North African, Romany and the indigenous people of the South Pacific Islands, American continents, Australia and New Zealand.
